Jos sinulla ei ole vielä muita lapsia OSAOssa eikä olemassa olevaa Wilma-tunnusta seuraa kirjeessa annettuja ohjeita tunnuksen tekemiseen. Jos sinulla on lapsi jo jossain OSAOn yksikössä ja jo käytössä oleva Wilma-tunnus voit yhdistää nyt saamasi avainkoodin tähän olemassa olevaan tunnukseen.
